Unfortunately this is not reality, it still happens often enough that accidents occur. What EPAHS has noticed is that behaviour plays a major role in this and that this behavioural aspect of safety is still underexposed too often. We find that strange, because safety is part of work by people!

Goal
To enable teams to function more efficiently, more effectively and safer in critical safety situations, we teach managers and employees to maximize their safety-focussed behaviour. The training also provides participants with insight into how behaviour can be used effectively to prevent critical safety situations.

The training is primarily intended for managers and employees at executive level.

The duration of this workshop is 2 days.
Each training is tailor-made, because every organisation is different and safety & behaviour can be used differently in every industry!
Two training instruments are used during training, namely Team Performance Management and DISC. Team Performance Management provides you with tools to influence team processes. DISC shows how you can influence the behaviour of individuals. During the training you will be offered theory in an attractive and interactive way. The individual exercises and working in a team make clear how you act during an unsafe situation.

The costs for this two-day training amount to EUR 785,00 per person, for groups on request.
