Personal coaching offers added value and insight for everyone who experiences obstacles in daily life. These can be concrete obstacles or the feeling that you can get more out of life than you do now. Sometimes people can get stuck for a while, at home, at work or both. One may feel that personal boundaries are exceeded or that no boundaries can be identified at all anymore. With various tips, people learn to empower themselves, break through patterns and make effective use of talents and areas of growth. They look at themselves, the situation and the future with a fresh and positive perspective.
Approach
We start from scratch: with an intake interview in which personal goals emerge, by asking the right coaching questions. Is there a good click with the coach? That is a prerequisite for a successful coaching trajectory: there must be a mutual good feeling as well as trust. During the final interview, the coaching question once again emerges: has the personal goal been achieved? The project can be extended in consultation if necessary.

This process takes six months at most and consists of seven conversations of an hour and a half. Before the start, participants complete a DISC assessment: this determines a personal profile based on the four behavioural styles Dominant, Influential, Stable and Conscientious - a good way to start the process with self-confidence.
Location and costs
The desired location is determined together with the coach: this can be at work, at the coach's office or at another location. The costs amount to EUR €1,685,00 for the entire process.
